1. Who We Are

DvSum, Inc. is a company registered in the United States. We build the Active Network Intelligence (ANI) platform for network operators.

2. What Data We Collect

A. Data you give us directly

• Name and business email — when you fill out a demo request, newsletter subscribe, or contact form
• Company name, job title, phone number — if provided in forms
• Content of messages — if you contact us via email or form

B. Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, operating system
• Pages visited, time on site, referring URL
• GA4 analytics events (page views, button clicks, form submissions) — anonymized, no PII transmitted to Google Analytics
• Cookies — see the Cookie section below

C. Data we do NOT collect

• Network data, subscriber data, or any operational data from customer deployments — this data never leaves the customer's environment, per DvSum's data sovereignty architecture
• Payment information — we do not process payments on this site
• Sensitive personal data (health, financial, government ID)

3. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

4. Who We Share Data With

• HubSpot — CRM and newsletter platform. Data transferred to HubSpot servers under standard contractual clauses. HubSpot Privacy Policy ↗

• We do not share data with any other third parties unless required by law.

5. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not break site functionality.

6. Data Retention

• Form submissions / CRM records: retained as long as there is a legitimate business relationship, or until you request deletion
• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default (14 months)
• Newsletter subscribers: retained until unsubscribe

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link)
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest

8. Data Security

DvSum uses industry-standard security practices:

• HTTPS on all pages (TLS 1.2+)
• No sensitive data stored on this website
• Form data transmitted securely to HubSpot via encrypted API

9. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via the newsletter if you are subscribed.
