Network operations ran on humans for 40 years. The tools got better — dashboards, monitoring, NOC platforms — but the loop never closed. A subscriber's internet degraded, the NOC saw it, and nobody acted until that subscriber called.

Network operators are fighting three forces simultaneously: customers who expect always-on connectivity, networks layering new technology on aging infrastructure, and a workforce that knows those networks retiring faster than it can be replaced. We built DvSum because no existing tool closed the loop. Monitoring platforms showed you what happened. Contact center AI handled billing and scripted questions. Neither one knew what the network was doing to that subscriber's household right now. DvSum was built to solve that gap — a platform that converts every signal, from in-home Wi-Fi to headend, into a closed loop: detect, predict, act.
