How long is the call, and what do I need to prepare?

45 minutes. No preparation required — just join with the problem in mind. If you want to get more out of it, bring a rough sense of your annual truck roll volume and contact center call mix. That's enough for us to show you a meaningful projection on the call.

What is the 30-day data audit?

Give us 30 days and NXT access — we'll show you the truck rolls you could have avoided. The audit runs against your own network telemetry inside your perimeter. Nothing moves. At the end, you have a clear picture of what Active Network Intelligence would find and fix in your specific environment.

Do I need NXT to book a call?

No. The discovery call is open to any broadband operator — and to SI partners evaluating a build partnership. NXT access is needed for the data audit phase, not the initial conversation.
